Never go on holidays. I tried this restaurant lastnight with my boyfriend and his family and ask in all it wasn’t too bad. Took a while to wait and part of the good was cold.. But I get that they were uber busy. And the easier was nice. I wanna go back when they aren’t so busy and try it again…. Preferably without his brother in law

Delicious and fresh food. I’ve returned multiple times on business trips and never been disappointed. I’ve enjoyed Seafood Paella, Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and daily specials. All have been fabulous and I’d gladly eat again!

Go elsewhere… much better options in Triangle. We live in Raleigh and have never been to a Bahama Breeze. We were given gift cards so it forced us to check out the restaurant. The inside is well decorated and vacation/island like. Right off the bat, our server was attentive, friendly and helpful. The menu is large and takes some time to decide upon. We chose some items based on reviews and what they are known for. For drinks, I had their pomegranate/cranberry sangria, which tasted like something you’d get from a cheap bottle. Nothing special and not worth the cost. My son had their fresh lemonade, which was tasty and on the sweet side. For an appetizer, we ordered the onion rings. The sauce it comes with was sweet and off-putting, but on their own, they were bland. As for the main meals, we ordered a combo item that included their Jerk wings, onion rings, and coconut shrimp. We obviously wanted to try the Jerk wings, which were large, but one note… not quite the jerk you would be used to. The one bright spot was the coconut shrimp, which was flavorful and cooked well. The other item ordered was their Key West fish tacos, which were not at all Key West. We likely should have stayed away from them as we had actual tacos in Key West last year. The fish was a bit fishy and the accompaniments were dried out prepackaged carrots, cabbage, etc. The only other item we ordered was off the kid’s menu, which is standard fare and nothing island about it. Lastly, trying to redeem the visit, we ordered their Key Lime Pie. We are huge KLP fans and this was by far, the worst KLP we’ve ever had. It’s a hybrid between a Lemon Meringue pie and KLP as they put Meringue on top. It was off putting and we scraped it off. That helped, but the crust, which was oily, was thicker than the filling so it overwhelmed any key lime flavor you might have tasted. At this point, we wanted to just go, however, our once attentive waiter had pretty much disappeared after our food was delivered. After waiting a bit, we got the check and seeing he was off to help a large party, I was thankful we had gift cards and enough cash on us to not have to wait to leave. Bottom line: there are WAY too many options in the Raleigh area, to settle for a mediocre at best food and dining experience. Go somewhere else!

We took our out of town guests to Bahama Breeze on a Wednesday night. Out server Jasmine was excellent. She checked on us often and we appreciated it. Our drinks were promptly refilled and the appetizers and main orders served fast. The onion rings were delicious and there was plenty to share among 4 adults. I ordered grilled chicken with cilantro creama and found it amazing. The jerk chicken pasta was also very good as well as the chicken curry. Everything we ordered was perfectly seasoned and sized. The cocktails were very good.

Nice atmosphere. Had my birthday lunch here. The berry lemonade was delicious.

Disappointed. Been to BB in Fl and loved it! Raleigh’s BB staff was slow and unfriendly (forgotten drinks and refills) Atmosphere was loud. Seated near a large party that dominated the area. Felt unwelcome…will not patron here again.
