Great. Been here many times. Love the borrego, chile colorado, carne asada, pork carnitas, and chile poblanos. And the portions are huge! My only complaint is that the staff is not very attentive. I often end up seated near the kitchen or the bathroom and no one comes back to check on me or give me my check when I am done eating.

I love the food here. Portions are huge, prices are great, staff is quick to refill our drinks and they speak to us on Spanish. Feels very authentic.

Not worth your time or money. Way too expensive and the food was awful. It’s a don’t go!

Maybe I’ll try it again but I doubt it.. I was taken there for margarita monday’s. Which are $3 margaritas served in this small plastic cups you’d normally use at a picnic with a large crowd of over drinkers. It tasted fine but was not worth $3 in my opinion. They might even be breaking ABC regulations by offering this so call special. Salsa & Chips – Were not good. The salsa almost tasted like pure tomato sauce from a can. There were fresh ingredients in the sauce but the flavor was not mixed through.I ate a spinach dish, and I believe a chimichunga dish. None of the dishes were noteworthy. I’d rate it a 2/5

I meet periodically with a research and publication at Torero’s on Atlantic. We usually go on Monday evening. Why Monday? Because the margarita’s are a buck fifty on Monday. Mind you, they are not the best ‘ritas you ever had, but at the price, I can forgive a good many sins. Just like a dollar flick is better then a ten spot flick, pretty much always. The food is about average. I could do without the strolling musician. All in all, it’s a good spot for our group to meet, talk, plan, and plot for three hours before we head out again. So far, the carne asada is my favorite. Go get you some, especially on a Monday evening. You won’t regret it.

Torero’s is great! Wonderful food and usually has a gentleman singing and playing guitar from table to table.
