Great food worse service ever.. Shiki is a great place to eat if you want great food but no service. Literally ever single time I have eaten there service is slack. You have to get your own refills, to go boxes, and silierware… I mean is that why they keep all that stuff in the dining room so you have to get it yourself?! After the server brings your food, I guess they think their duties are done. Hello!? this is America and if we are excepted to tip you we want good service. Thanks.
Quick and affordable. My family and I eat here at least once a week usually on Friday nights from the drive-thru which is very convenient. The food could sometimes use a little work but overall this place is a great way to enjoy time out with family or pick up for home. The teryaki steak is the beast I have ever had and tender not dry. My fiancee’ like the hibachi chicken and loves the way it tastes but the mixed vegetables are sometime are not cut thin enough to be crunchy but are soggy. The price of the food is exceptional and when we eat inside the service is great. We will return again and again.

Amazing!. This place is awesome! The BBQ Unagi is the best I’ve ever had! Huge piece of eel on each piece not some little square like most places! The hibachi scallops I got were also some of the best I’ve had and my grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her hibachi salmon! Will definitely be back often and suggest others to come here! Thanks for the great dining experience! Very polite server! Very prompt service! Chou pluc is the best!
I ordered the sushi/sashimi special only to find that the yellowtail was frozen solid. When I told the staff and owner about this, they responded as if this was something completely normal. Not only is this horrendous, but the least of things would be for them to offer to bring me something else, or to refund the cost of the plate. Not only did they fail to do so, but they casually brushed it off as no big deal. Meanwhile, half of my meal was inedible. How disgusting! Stay away!
Ron. I ordered shrimp and filet steak. My invoice listed shrimp and filet steak. What I received was shrimp and sirloin steak. I did eat all my food and I enjoyed it very much but when I questioned at the checkout why they were charging me for filet when they serviced me sirloin the owner would only say (You eat all) I said yes I did and will be glad to pay for shrimp and sirloin steak but not for filet because you did not service me filet. The owner said (you eat all again) I said true and am willing to pay but this was not filet, the owner said (yes filet). I do know the deference between filet and sirloin steak and was happy with my food but I also think it very unfair to pay for something I did not get. Please keep in mind that this was only a $4.00 deference in cost. True that $4.00 is not much and maybe I should just forget about it but if the owner is willing to look me in the face and lie to me and tell me he serviced me filet just to gain $4.00, what else would he be willing to lie about or use in his food other than what he has on his menu. I will not be eating here again. I take my entire family here about once a month and most times the cost is around $90.00. So in a year that would be around $1080.00 he has lost over $4.00 and a lie.
Shiki has fantastic food for the price. I have been visiting Shiki at least once a week since the place opened, and have been pleased every single time.
