Delivery service. Every time we’ve ordered takeout from this restaurant, the order arrives close to the time when we were told to expect it. Thefood is hot and ready to eat and the driver is polite and friendly, as is the person who took the phone order.
Terrible customer service. We ordered a a pizza from 37th street today. I can’t tell you if the pizza is good or not but I can tell you their customer service is awful. Our delivery driver was in an accident and they called an hour after I had ordered to tell me it was going to be another 30-45 min. So I cancel the delivery and go to pick it up, they tell me they have to make the pizza again because someone ate a slice! They never offered and kind of discount or compensation for my wasted time. Needless to say I did not get my pizza and had to explain why we were eating little caesars two hours after we ordered 37th street
Waited 20 mins and still no one had taken our drink order, wasn’t even very busy. We ended up leaving since we had our two young toddlers with us who weren’t going to wait around all day.
Best Pizza in New Bern. I also like the signature Spaghetti n Meatball dishes… The salads are large and made fresh too!
The best. This is the best place to eat in New Bern, in my opinion. I’ve never had any issues here. The pizza is so piled with toppings that you may as well eat it with a fork!
I love this place. I’ve gone to this place a few times and never knew there was a bar hidden in the back. I like how it is compartmentalized and there are different sections. One of my most favorite places.
Don’t expect much on service. My family and I recently dined at 37th street. It took them 20 minutes to seat us (my husband and 2 kids under 3) and then took them 5 minutes to take our drink order. If we didn’t have to feed the kids we would have left and tried somewhere else. The food was tasty but the waitress was not available to get the ranch sauce that was requested and forgotten about. Maybe a good place for takeout…..
