Awesome!. We had heard of the Bay Leaf and finally got a chance to visit for my husbands birthday. The food was spectacular and the service was wonderful! It was such a lovely atmosphere! I really enjoyed eating here because the cuisine was an authentic and cultural experience. I only wished I lived closer so I could eat there more often!
Great meal. We had a wonderful meal … four of us and four different meals, all terrific !
Thumbs down not for the food. Service is very slow, overpriced, staff too slow. People were getting up to ask for water or drinks, then when asked the manager didn’t seem to happy to help. Food took over an hr took bring out for 2 people. When asked how much longer, she just said its on its way, well of course its been on its way for over an hr. No sorry for the wait. They charge for the bread with your meal, $5-6 for the thin bread!
Buttery, unhealthy, not authentic and rude child unfriendly owner.. Extremely buttery, salty and not authentic.Also there is a new female owner who is kid unfriendly and rude.La Rosa is my favorite restaurant, healthy and very authentic.
Very good Indian for such a small town!!. 2 words: Lamb Roganjosh. That dish is by far my favorite, but everything I have had at Bay Leaf is good. The servers are attentive, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is consistent. But, seriously, get that lamb. It is heavenly.
First time visiting and the food was very good BUT they are not a child friendly restaurant. I’m guessing it was the manager who approached us and informed us that our food was put on a rush order due to my child. We came before the dinner rush! I’m not sure what the issue was? My child wasn’t screaming or acting out. Once we received our food we asked for boxes and the check. We felt very uncomfortable and won’t return. Also they do not have a baby change station in the women’s restroom.
