This place used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant for a year. Just went there for lunch Monday. Veg egg roll was really greasy, took 2 bites, threw the rest out. Chicken and cashews were good for the cashews only, chicken was terrible and after eating half I threw the rest out. Had hot tea, tasted like the plastic picture it was poured from. What did this place do that made everything I had suck? Dont think Ill be going back.

All the same over MSG infused and flat tasting greasy flavors fall flat,Under cooked spare ribs and over cooked shrimp toast in a not busy kitchen is shameful Chef spent more time playing with his cell phone then watching fryer and wok.Not one New Bern Chinese take out even knows what house mustard is,packet crap gotta go.
Best Chinese Take-Out in New Bern. I’ve tried every place in town and around town (James City, Reelsboro, etc), and this is the best place for Chinese take-out. The food is always good, and if the staff seems a little brusque sometimes, it’s only because this place is often very busy with call-in orders and they are very professional in getting their job done.
