Poor service, poor company. Went to the IHOP on Monday at 4pm. Food served after 5pm. Complained to employee there and was told people did not show up for work, I guess that was my problem, no apology, no manager came to see me. Complained to IHOP on its website and received a canned emaill response. IHOP does not care for its customers, go anywhere else.
Don’t get the bad reviews?. We’ve been here MULTIPLE times since moving here, never had a single issue with the staff, food or timing of service. the food was always promptly brought to us, even extra care was taken to make sure our son’s food was brought out at the right temp so he wouldn’t burn himself. it may be the time we go in (almost always past 6pm) but we are NEVER disappointed with anything here. the staff goes the extra mile to make sure we’re taken care of.

When it finally was half thrown at me the cup was filthy. eggs and bacon took FOREVER to arrive. Scant portion; cold eggs and shoe leather for what was supposed to be bacon. This is one mess hall I will NEVER VISIT AGAIN.
I have been here three times and the first two were great. This time today was terrible. By far the worst service I have ever had anywhere. The servers were more concerned with their friends then anyone else. It took 45 minutes to get food and my three year olds food wasn’t brought. It came 20 minutes after and by that time we were all done eating almost. I asked for napkins and got them thrown on my table whole the server was having a conversation with friends. I let the host know when leaving that the service was very disappointing and she told me to have a nice day. I will never eat here again.
Worst IHOP I have ever been to.. Hands down the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The wait times are horrible, the food mediocre (if your order is even correct) sometimes undercooked or cold… avoid this place!
My server was Jazmin, and she was very efficient. The food and service was excellent.
