ECCELLENTE!!!!!The best Italian restaurant in New Bern, bar none. A group of us came here on a whim, but we have all been back numerous times. First the food is top notch, and although the wine list is limited they have an excellent Chianti Classico Riserva at a very reasonable price. They serveItalianbeers in chilled glasses, and the spumoni is creamy and plentiful. The owner, Angela, is in a word or two, welcoming andengaging. This is our go to place, not just for a special occasion, but for any occasion. If you don’t leave here smiling, shame on you.solo dicendo!

Very good. This restaurant was originally in Havelock. We met friends from Beaufort there because it was half way between New Bern and Beaufort, sort of. We love it. We followed them to New Bern and excited they would be closer. Friends from Beaufort now come to New Bern for the food The shrimp scampi and the seafood la rosa is outstanding. Salad not much. Could be improved but food is delicious?
