Don’t bother. My family had lunch at your restaurant on 07/28/13. It happen to be my brother birthday. McDonald’s would have been a better choice. The wait staff was poor the food was worst. My husband burger was over cooked and dry. The salad I had the lettuce was dry and the dressing tasteless. The employee acted if they didn’t care about their jobs. The girl that brought our food acted if we were bother to her. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. We were served the rolls about 15 minutes before our meal came out. The manager needs look at the food that is served. Undercover boss need to evaluate this franchise. They would be shock with the food and service. Well this was my first time and last time. They have a Mexican restaurant around that area that has really good food. The next time I am looking for food Morgan’s, Chelsea or Mexican restaurant. The one plus to this visit was the hostess she was very nice.
Very poor experience. Our first visit. I judge a restaurant on their better dishes. I ordered the 9 oz. rib eye. It was cooked to perfection. I could not eat it. I asked for a container to go and expained to the waitress I was cutting it up to take it to my dog (he loved it). I had not complained to managment however she offered me a second one. We were finished with supper at that tme. My wife loved her dinner salad as i did the side salad and the red skin potatoes However for $50 + I will spend my money in another resteraunt.Tthe local Golden Chorral cheap steaks are far superior.
I like Texas steakhouse generally but last night we visited the one on martin luther king jr drive and we were both disappointed. We waited several minutes before having an employee show up tithe hostess stand to help anyone. By that time four parties had shown up. We were seated and informed that they didn’t have many of the things we wanted to order. My steak was undercooked and the service was slow. We were never given a refill or plates for our appetizers. The waitress was no where to be seen to request anything. Maybe we just went on a bad night, but we won’t be going back.
Out of business. Its gone!! Just remove it from the site!!
The restaurant looks a little outdated, but the food has been decent the few times that I have eaten here.
Not impressed.. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet I was seated at a very worn, ugly booth in the very back. The dinner rolls brought to me were so stale they crumbled to a powder. A simple appetizer took forever to arrive. The entree, when it came, was passable but nothing to write home about. I was told to come here for buffalo wings, and they’re not even on the menu. All in all, I didn’t hate it but I probably won’t eat here again, given the choice.
Texas Greathouse. Every visit to Texas Steakhouse so far has been a pleasant experience. Besides the occasional new waitress, the staff members are attentive and worked well together bringing our meal and the dinners of those around us. On my last visit the steak was the best I’ve had in a while and the margarita’s were deliciously inexpensive.
