Don’t even try it. New to the area and looking for a good Chinese takeout. Trust me, Fire Bowl is not it. In fact, it has been a long long time since I tasted such BAD Chinese food.
Great crab wontons, look very different, but tasty.
Fire Bowl Almond Chicken (spicy). This dish is awesome if ya can take some heat. It is chicken breast coated in sliced almonda with our special spicy peanut butter sauce. I don’t know what they do exactly to make that sauce but it is awesome.06 Dec, 2011Love It!. I have been working here off and on for five years now, first a delivery driver and now counter. I have traveled up north and been all around and have yet to find a place that taste as good as here. The food isn’t dyed to make it look pretty and there is NO MSG put in the food. As for delivery- sometimes we get sooo busy that it takes a little time for the food to get delivered but it always arrives hot and fresh.PS that dish picture they show is not our Beef with Broccoli. Ours looks so much more delicious. Wonder If I can change that picture.
So wrong….. Someone actually commented that the food wasn’t fair as opposed to what the comments had said….you obviously have NO IDEA!!! Eat more delivery chinese food and then talk. This is the ONLY place that hooks you up with quantity and quality. I’ve been here 5 years and no one, NO ONE touches Firebowl. It’s the only delivery food place that I have programmed in my cell. Get a grip….by the way, their wings are better than Hooters or any other wing specialty place….booo on you…..BOOO!!
Unimpressed and wondering where the good reviews come from. Posting my review to give a different perspective. I have been twice and tried signature dishes both times and felt frustrated to have spent so much and gotten such subpar food. The last dish I got was so bland and drowning in sauce that I had to call to see if I had accidentally taken home the wrong dish. I was transferred to the manager who had little interest in rectifying my experience, rather she wanted to assure me that this is how the dish always tastes. Honestly, its hardly worth eating and I was hungry. Not a horrific experience, just completely unimpressive. Won’t go back ever, no need to waste money there. 🙁
