I am adding this review of a chain fast food joint only because I’ve never even seen one of these before. They did a respectable job with the fried chicken… Up there with my favorite chain, Church’s. The BBQ was even OK. I don’t really go for vinegar based sauce pulled pork, but for a chain that must have a ton sitting on a steam all day, this was pretty good. What struck me was that these are their two menu specialities. My two favorite comfort foods together! Great idea, and if this was my neck of the woods I could see me coming in quite a bit when I didn’t want to think about what to have for dinner. The ambience is fast food spare, no surprise there, so I wouldn’t linger. Fed a group of 8 for 50 bucks, all in, (with some left overs!) so I feel like it beats the tar outta McD, BK, or any other fast food joint for value that the young’uns and I WILL eat. Again, I won’t ever review a fast food joint again here, but this once, I found it better than I expected.
