It was good but not great. Everything was ok, but nothing just blew us away. The portions were great, no doubt, but the overall expectancy fell short. Service was good, waitress was nice, but overall experience and freshness of meal being this close to the coast was lacking. Homemade chips, thumbs up. Would go back, no doubt.
Excellent food!! Great waitstaff! There’s no wonder the parking lot is full -/ great place.
Food subpar for cost. I have heard a lot of good things about this restaurant/Pub. The first time I are here I ordered lobster tail. The waitress was very nice and we were seated very fast. The food on the other hand was terrible. I don’t know who Rick has working in the kitchen but if he wants to keep the locals coming he better find new ones. My lobster was so rubbery and tough it felt like I was cutting thru a well done steak. Obviously I sent it back and ended up not wanting to risk waiting another 40 minutes for my food so I ordered a steak. The steak came out wonderful. I wouldn’t recommend there seafood bc the chef just doesn’t have it. I believe if it wasn’t for the tourist traffic this place wouldn’t do half as good as it does. The locals don’t eat here so you probably shouldn’t either.
Shrimp was good, sweet potato fries were cold, half rack ribs were luke warm,chicken parm was good, waitress was not very attentive
Good Food but a BIT PRICEY. Eat at Rick’s sometimes when we come on the weekends to our beach house. They always have really good food and a good selection, but, they ARE a bit pricey. We used to eat there more often, but because of their prices, we opt to other restaurants in the area and go to Rick’s 1 out of about 7 times out..
Great good. Best crab legs ever, and I’ve been to a lot of sea food places.
Good food, great atmosphere. SlowService? What’s the hurry…. You’re at the beach!!!! Go Steelers!!! (Service is NOT slow by the way!) 🙂
