I can’t testify to the quality of the food since we didn’t stay to eat. As soon as we walked in our party was treated like a nuisance. After a ten minute wait the waitress finally came over. When my five year old niece tried to ask the waitress a question she snapped at her and told her to be quiet because she was busy. As she was about to take our order I’m not sure what was so pressing she had to be rude to a child. This was going to be my first visit to this place and I know it will be my last.
Not good. Sushi is poor quality. waiters are rude, it is NORMAL for them to see you come in and not acknowledge you and when they do come up to you to look upset and not smile and not acknowledge you. Food takes WAY too long. Last time we tried, we waited over an hour for our Sushi/Sashimi, and when it arrived it was like they had thrown it together and did not smell good. We refused the food and haven’t been back.
The sushi is inexpensive but the quality is borderline. The wait is too long. The cooked food is dry or greasy. The cooked food was better back in 2008 and 2009! Maybe new management? The waitress and waiter are impersonal and forgetful. I liked the overweight waitress she had better customer skills. Whatever happened to Missy? I think her name was. For better quality and atmosphere check out sake.
Cheap and authentic. Cheapest sushi take-out restaurant I’ve ever seen in the US. Get them during 4 pm to 7 pm since the rolls cost only $2 and the nigiri pieces are just a buck. I know that on Friday and Saturday, they make it cheaper during those times. They are delicious and worth the wait. Get them early; wait times can get long. I suggest ordering at 4 to avoid it. The place is small so don’t expect tables during payday weekends. Free salad and soup if you get a table! Now that’s service.
Good if you have time.. The sushi is good, and at a great price. The service is very slow and impersonal. The chef is obviously hurting in the kitchen and cannot keep up with orders. You can tell the place needs more staff. It’s best to order over the phone and picking it up 45 mins later. Other than that great food at a great price, and I will be back.
Very good sushi. Pleasant surprise in this part of the world. Good service, good value. Great special mon-thurs between 4-7. $2 rolls and $1 pieces. Definitely a bargain!
