To die for. Was in Pinehurst on business and found this gem. Located in a local neighborhood. Very pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff and an outstanding menu. Had the elk, along with roasted beet and goat cheese salad and topped it off with homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream. Can you say 250 sit ups when I got back to the hotel…but worth every bit…I will go back !
Foodie Heaven. Went with a group of 15. The food was wonderfully done. I had the Shrimp & Grits…yum.. and the pork dish was the best I ever had. The service was top notch and the chef was pleasure to meet. It was one of the greatest dining experiences we had in Pinehurst. Everyone enjoyed themselves even are vegetarian friends.Would highly recommend and we will be back on our next golf visit.
I walked in and knew nothing about the restaurant. Food and service was great! I recommend the house dirty martini. Erin was a spectacular bartender, host and server. Can’t wait to return.

The best fine dining in Pinehurst. If you are looking for fine dining in this area, Elliotts is the best choice, and one of only a few worth going to. The salmon with bourbon glaze cooked on a cedar plank has always been excellent – and I do not particularly even like cooked salmon. This is still moist in the center, and not overly cooked as you often find. Good cuts of meat – one more recent trip I had the elk, which was very good. The martini’s are also very nice. One negative I would say is that they do not change the menu as often as I would like. The decor is very pleasant as well.
EOL is delish! Tucked away in the pine tree lined roads, this restaurant offers a gourmet menu with reasonable prices. The chef’s tasting plates offered a twist on culinary treats such as sweetbreads and the main courses were vast – ranging from chicken to duck to lamb to salmon. All of the ingredients incorporated seasonal flavors and locally grown, sustainable foods. Highly recommend.
Elliotts On Linden. When I went to Elliott’s On Linden i had the best service and food in Moore County. The service was outstanding. The food was fresh, different (in a good way) and refreshing. They also have a wine room and a kitchen store connected to the restaurant. They have a wide variety of wines to choose from. Overall, this was a spectacular experience. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
