Just had dinner at Fratellos….. The food was good but the proportions for each person/plate were all different sizes. No consistency… When the food finally arrived to our table (45 minutes after ordering) they forgot one of our orders. Let me clarify and state that it was not busy there, over 1/2 of the tables were empty. So after 1 hour of waiting, everyone at the table finally received their order. We ordered wine, they brought the wrong wine. We asked for bread, we finally received it almost at the end of our meal. Then the kicker, we ASKED if one of the meals came with pasta and they said yes. So when we received the bill they charged an extra $9.00 for that meal. $9.00 for pasta? This was our first and last time at this establishment..
Don’t ask for anything special ….. My husband and I dined here last Saturday night, ordering standard dishes – chicken parm and eggplant parm. My husband asked for additional sauce and cheese. When the bill came there was an additional $5.80 for the sauce and cheese. Really ….. the waitress should have said … they’re gonna charge you extra for that … it wouldn’t have been such a shock. The price was pretty ridiculous for a ladle of sauce and a tablespoon of mozzarella.
