This place is Awesome…the sushi is obviously made to order and if done right it should take some time to get to the table. It is LEGIT! The staff and owner are extremely nice and I would recommend it to anyone in the mood for good sushi and good Japanese.
The worst Service I’ve experienced for highly priced food. You went a long time for food. You wait forever if you order sushi. Food is semi cold. There is a Japanese server that can barely speak English. Owner is Korean and people who is making the food is Spanish speaking people. I would rather go to Raleigh and eat at waraji if I want to eat at Japanese restaurant.
The sushi is good, but Thai Basil is at least as good, I think a little better less expensively. Thai Basil also offers excellent Thai food.
About the only sushi option in Pinehurst. This is not so much of a sushi eating town, but this place does deliver. I enjoy their sushi very much, and the wakame salad is also excellent. They have several dishes that are cooked for non-raw fans, like tempura, teriyake, udon soups, and the like. I have never had anything bad at this place, and this place is very good for a sushi place this far inland.
A little pricey but tasty sushi in the Village of Pinehurst.
Great lunches. Best tempura
Best sushi ever. Better than big cities like Chicago and DC. A little pricey but worth it. Try the specialty rolls. Friends like the teriyaki lobster. House (ginger) salad and veggie tempura are also great. Good place for date, business or group of friends. Carry out is not as good as dining – like anywhere – but still great. Haven’t tried lunch delivery.
