Surprised and disappointed.. I’m surprised so many positive reviews for the wings here. Possibly depends on the flavor I guess? I tried 5 of the garlic parm wings, which were absolutely disgusting. Low quality wings, drowning in oil, pre-minced canned garlic, and most likely Kraft parm cheese out of a shaker. Absolutely disgusting. Ate two and left the rest. Next up were the hot garlic, which were marginally better. At least the hot sauce added flavor, but still same low-quality wing, pre-minced garlic from a jar, and excessively oily. Also ordered both orders extra crispy, which they were anything but. Maybe I was expecting too much based on the reviews, but was disappointed in the wings. Overall though, an interesting little place. Dark, depressing, cold cheap beer, and good people watching. It’s probably one of those places I’d go if I wanted to have a beer alone or maybe didn’t want to get out of my pajamas.
Worst service ever. I had to clean the table myself and grab my own menus for my dinner party. It took about 15 minutes to even get noticed and after that, it was so slow! That being said the wings were quite good but we ordered 5 different flavors but they just served them all together which made the flavors mix and my friends complain. This place definitely needs new staff!

Great Wings !. Had lunch at D.D. Pecker’s for the first time today. There were a variety of wing sauces to choose from. The wings were larger than those at most places. Great lunch !
Excellent wings. These are the best wings I’ve had in Charlotte to date. The sauce is spicy but not burning and has great flavor…I think it was a hint of mustard but I cant be sure. Nice and crispy with a size that’s respectable.
