I did not realize that i paid $11.12 for just a cheese burger and a cup of coffeethe salad was supposed to be on the side and came with the cheese burgerinstead of fries.until i got home.they always tear up the receite.i will never enter that rip off joint again.the waitress must of charged me for the salad as well.i used to always go to that resteraunt to eat but never more.
Negative Atmosphere. I’ve eaten at Park Place quite a few times. My observations: grouchy owner who never smiles, so-so service (sometimes good, sometimes bad) Constantly new staff – I find a waitress I like and next time she’s already gone – which explains the Now Hiring sign which is always in the window. (High turnover tells me something) The food is okay for the price, especially the breakfast special – but sitting in the front booths ALL you hear are the servers griping on the other side of the wall. Also a lot of cussing. Oh and the last time I was there my waitress REEKED of cigarette smoke like she had just had a cigarette and didn’t wash her hands. That was gross and I’m not sure I will be back.
Fab, Quick Breakfast. This place always comes through for any meal, but my favorite is breakfast. Good food, super quick and the staff remembers me every time.
Park place restaurant is very great and delicious restaurant . My friend had been telling me about how good the food is at that restaurant and so i decided to try it out for myself . When i went there i ordered eggs, hash brown, and sausage . The eggs were great , and the hash brown was good and crispy , and the sausage was very delicious . I plan on going there again
Well I cn say this I was there n the server didn’t directly say those words n she wasnt talking to the customers actually her coworkers was asking wht happened. Anyway in her defense of tht server u handled it well.10 Jun, 2014Wow wwwwwww
HORRIBLE Treatment by Owner. Park Place used to be my favorite breakfast spot on the weekends…seriously, sometimes we’d go both Saturday and Sunday! But never again! My mom and I went this morning and were treated so incredibly rudely and so unbelievably disrespectfully by the owner in front of all employees and half the restaurant that I will never again visit!Our order came out and our food was cold, so we sent it back. They had to cook the sausage longer and remake our pancakes and French toast but would not remake the cold eggs. When they brought the food out the second time, the French toast was raw which made both of us sick to our stomachs! So at this point, neither of us wanted to eat. We told our server and she began cursing, using the F word, about how the kitchen had been screwing up all day. Our server went to get the manager who also told us how today was just an off day for the kitchen staff…no apologies from either. The next thing I know, we were brought a bill for food we didn’t eat!!! The server said she tried to fight for us but the owner was insistent that he was not taking anything off the bill! We approached the owner as he stood at the register because we were sure there was some mistake. He immediately began raising his voice, yelling that he had made the food twice and he could not help it if we did not like it but that we were going to pay for it! The wait staff and kitchen staff all came out to the register to see what was the matter. Customers got up from their tables as well! We were so embarrassed by the complete spectacle he had made of us that we paid the bill and left! I will NEVER return!
My husband and I went here because it had such a high rating and couldn’t havebeen more dissapointed. The food was greasy, they covered everything in cheese. It was gross. Even the menus were covered in grease and grime. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
