Bad service/Raw hamburger. Been going there for a long time. Went there yesterday, and had the worst service and a raw hamburger. The waitress was extremely spastic. She tried to remember our orders, instead of writing them down; and apparently has an extremely bad memory. Messed up our order, and was in too much of a rush to even listen. The restaurant wasn’t even half full, so not sure why she was so spastic. I thought she might be on some type of drug. Not sure, but service was very bad, and then getting a raw hamburger just ruined the whole outing with my family. I will probably go some time in the future because it was so good in the past, but I will definitely wait awhile for so hopeful and well needing staff training.
First let me say I have been a loyal customer for years. The owner is very customer oriented and friendly but, my last two visits have been less than good. Both times we were seated at the area to the left of the main entrance in the booths near the bar. We waited over 10 minutes for a waitress and when she came she immediately looked at her watch. We were there for brunch and had arrived at 2:15 pm when brunch is until 2:30 pm. My wife and I both ordered items off the brunch menu and our server acted like she didn’t like it. We were there on plenty of time but since our server and 3 others were more interested in talking than waiting on us . The food is still good but bad service. It is sad what is happening to Trio
INCREDIBLE Dining Experience!. My husband took me out on Sunday evening for a relaxing dinner and we could not have been more pleased with Trio! Our waitress was superb, the scallop appetizer was fabulous and happened to be half price on special, our entres we perfectly seasoned and generously portioned for the price point. And the desert…..I know I heard angels…Baked Alaska! Pound cake with ice Cream rolled in crushed Heath bars and covered in a toasted meringue accompanied by a decorative swirl of creme anglaise, chocolate, and carmel sauce. Oh my word….I wish I lived closer to Trio!
