You live and learn. Food was tasteless and overcooked. We ordered cheese dip as an appetizer and when they brought it out to us it was boiling and it literally evaporated leaving almost nothing. My meal was also boiling so bad that I had to get out of our booth cause grease was popping on me. I witness the waitress drinking alcohol and all she wanted to do is play on her phone. Hate to say but this place needs new ownership.
Worst dining experience. I took my wife and two children here lst weekend. When we arrives, the place was over half empty. It took ten minutes after being seated to have anyone else from the wait staff acknowledge us. The waitress apologized for our wait and took our order. I ordered the cheese dip, but when it was delivered to the table, it looked like the cheese had spoiled. It was clumps of curdled mess that may have once been cheese dip, but wasn’t now. I ate one bite of it, then left it there. When the entrees arrived, they were tasteless blobs of what should have been tacos and burritos. The cheese quesadilla for my 2 year old was disgusting as well. When I paid the bill, I complained about our experience. The lady at the register barely spoke English and had no compassion or care that we didn’t enjoy our time there. I hope this place is forced to shut their doors soon since they have no idea how to run a restaurant.
Pretty awful. Orders filled incorrectly, though they offered to correct one, we were told the second was correct. Grabbed a menu on the way out and saw that no, the second order was a completely different meal. Told the person at the cash register and didn’t even get an apology though we indicated we weren’t very happy. The place was pretty empty, so that should have been our first clue. There’s plenty of other wonderful Mexican restaurants, so we won’t be back.
Good Food, Poor Customer Service. The food is decent to pretty good. The decor isn’t too in-your-face but the place definitely needs a good cleaning and dusting. The service is lackluster- the staff acts as though you are an imposition. Once you get your food you better check that everything is right and you don’t need drink refills because it’s the last time you’ll see any staff until the bill is dropped off.If you don’t really care about good service, don’t have coupons, and are ordering without many changes you’ll be fine. The food almost makes up for the service and overall atmosphere; quality is very on-par with other Mexican restaurants in the area.
