Great sushi; unfriendly server. Pros: Price was right for the freshness and quality. Host was friendly and engaging, providing a great first impression walking in. Horseshoe sushi bar that makes it comfortable to eat there if you’re a party of one. Cons: Portions were small. Server acted as if we should thank her for allowing us to eat there.Notes: This is a busy restaurant, which speaks for the quality (yum) and poor service (understaffed).
I really like the food, but the service is awful. They act entitled and stuck up. I would never go there if it wasn’t for the good sushi.
The only thing I can say good about this place is the soup was good. The service was slow, the little train that is supposed to bring around the sushi was never filled and they were out of King Salmon!!! Will probably not go back.
Unbelievable. We are regulars to Mizu. called in an order tonight for over $70.00. Got to the restaurant, and they had no record of my order, although the hostess took my order 20 minutes earlier and had my cell phone number. this is what happens when you have so much business, but you hire folks who are not qualified and have no customer service appeal….
Best sushi in North Raleigh and arguably in the Triangle. Prices are fair when compared to other top shelf sushi places. The Danger roll and Trainwreck are personal favorites.
Best sushi in N Raleigh/wake Forest. Perfect spot to eat alone too- because the bar isn’t really a bar, it’s a sushi train bar!!!!! 🙂
Great Sushi. We go at least twice a month for dinner at the train. The sushi is always fresh and always great!! The service in the restaurant is superb. You can’t ask for a better dining experience!
