Horrible customer service. I called in my usual order and go to pick it up about 15 minutes later and when.I get back to work its not right…so I take it.back and asked her could she fix my.order and she begins to have an attitude saying that im wrong and kept pretty much calling me a liar….she has the most nastiest attitude ive ever been around….to.be working in customer service you wouldnt think people would talk to customers like that if they wanted to keep their business going. I will never be back here and me and my coworkers come down atleast a few times a week. Horrible horrible

Review. I have frequented this Japan Express since it moved in and never had any issues until today. I came to pick up an order i called in as usual, and boy I guess the manager or whoever was running the cashier was having a real bad day. I was having trouble understanding the gentleman’s very heavy dialect and had to ask him to repeat what he said a couple of times due to the fact he would not slow down and anunciate his words. Well, that just set him off and he made a huge show of hand gestures and spoke to me VERY loudly, but finally slowing down so I could understand him. At the same time making sure this was a spectacle used to embarrass me for not understanding his fumbled English. Well, I’m so sorry! And I will make sure neither I nor any professional I work with or know around here will ever inconvenience you with our business ever again. Good luck maintaining your business here with your terrible customer service.
Horrible. The express should not be used in the name of the business. It took 35 minutes to get dinner and they were not busy. The food was scorched at the lease and absolutely had no taste. The worst Japanese I have ever had. It was my first and last trip there! If you like tasteless food this is your place.
