The food here is fantastic. The bbq chicken fell right off the bone and the bbq was great as well. The customer service is great, the owner talked to us as if she’s knew us.
Solid! 9.99 got me a plate of delishious chopped pork and half a bBQ chicken, fried okra and sweet potato fries and it was all delicious. Food came out in about 5-10 min. Good cheap and fast. May be my new favorite bbq spot.
Great family owned BBQ restaurant. Before I came here there were two places I would go for BBQ when I was in the Raleigh area, Allen & Son’s and The Pitt, now there are three. This is a great old school BBQ place. It’s not big, comfortable, not fancy but has some great comfort foot BBQ. When you arrive they put down a basket of hush puppies. To say they were great would be an understatement. Had the pulled pork with sweet potato fries and mac and cheese. OK, a little starch heavy but everything was great, and they even refilled the hush puppies basket after they brought me my meal.When I finished, waitress asked if I had left room for desert. I really had not but she told me they made the world’s best banana pudding. She wasn’t exaggerating.Great place, you have to give it a try.

3.5 stars. The pulled pork is alright. The ribs, slaw and hot sauce were pretty good.
Good ole country sides with great priced bbq. very honey and worth the stop.
May Have to Come Back for the BBQ. My husband and I ate breakfast here today. It was good, but very greasy. Kind of got sick after so much grease.
