We came here after reading reviews here and on Yelp. Glad we came. What a wonderful experience. The service and food was great. Fresh and tasty. We had pork, plantains, salad rice. Awesome! We will be back!
Unexpected Jem in Salisbury?. Was out today with the wife and decided to stop by this place…wow! Have not had Cuban food like this since visiting Miami! This is a must check it out place if ever in Salisbury. Try the Cuban special sand which and the the appetizer trio and you will be a happy person. Don’t forget the Cuban coffee!

Awesome Authentic Cuban cuisine. Great food and staff! Moving from Miami I have been looking for great tasting Cuban food. This place has it! Just like home, if not better. The vaca Frita was melt in your mouth good! Will definitely be returning.
Great experience. Dined at mambos for a birthday lunch with my sister. Food was great and service was attentive. The waitress made several recommendations as this was our first time there. Prices are very affordable.

Yummmmmm. The food rocked and service was great. Was our first time eating Cuban food so we had no clue what to order. The waitress was awesome at explaining the menu and lead us to some tasty Cuban dishes. Is now my new favorite place to eat!
