This is now my most favorite Salisbury restaurant. Prime Rib now everyday all day. Plus free pie Wednesdays. The food taste good all the time, the experience is always good and the atmosphere just fine. If you’re new to Salisbury O’Charley’s is where you want it eat!
I have eaten at this O’Charlies 6 or 7 times. The food is always delicious. The kitchen is slow. Have had really good servers and some really poor servers. Last night was great in both server and food taste. Recommend this restaurant if you are new to town or just visiting.

Nothing has changed.12 Feb, 2012First impressions are important, the floors are trashed. The server ran through her greeting and menu options so fast it sounded like one LONG word. I hope the food is better than the service.OK, food has arrived. The wife ordered the steak and salmon. Her steak was overdone and her broccoli was mush.I got the Brunch special. My steak was somewhere between raw and rare. I ordered medium. The pancakes were served without syrup and I was told there was no syrup in the building. My eggs were supposed to be cooked over medium, unfortunately, they came out over well. Last, but not least, the sausage was missing.The manager tried to make things right but we will not be back.
Excellent Meal. My family of four ate at O’Charleys in Salisbury last evening and enjoyed our meal much better than I thought we would. I had the Philly Cheese Steak w/fries, house salad and a mini dessert. The rest had either steak or chicken. There were no complaints among any of us. Service was excellent, wait time to be seated was about 15 minutes.
