The Best, If only…. Cook Out has been a family favorite since our younger daughter met and became friends with the owner. Windy worked for a while during a break from college at the Corporate Office. I’ve only gotten 1 order that was wrong in all these years, and that was today. However, that is not really my biggest concern about our Shelby Cook Out. I spoke with the girl at the window about the LOUD speaker. She told me that virtually every customer said the same thing and messages were relayed, but nothing was ever done to correct the problem. My suggestion is that Someone in the Corporate Office visit our Shelby location, without making it known to the Managers. This person should drive up to the order station and Experience the problem first hand. Perhaps then Someone will correct the problem.
