Most of these chains are well organized and clean. This one is not. When it first opened it was okay. Now service is poor and facility is not well kept. Menu is overrated value is poor.
Great experience. Had a great dinner tonight at Ruby Tuesday’s! Wasn’t sure how things were gonna be since there was only a negative comment and 65% of people saying they had a good experience. Chad was a great server & the food was excellent. Will definitely be returning!!
This is the worst Ruby Tuesday’s I have ever been to! While the food wasn’t bad, the service was horrible!
