Nice lunch spot. Pork bbq was nice and moist and even a bit of light oil on the bottom of the dish. Next time I’m trying the jerky! My portion of Mac-N-Cheese was ok, might not have been made right before we got there as it was slightly dry. Worth trying again though. Bbq sauce on top of the pork was good too.
Finger Lickin’ Good. This is my favorite BBQ in the Fayetteville area. I don’t mind Fatbacks and Memphis but this place is finger lickin’ good. There is just something special about sinking your teeth into tender ribs, pulling away with no resistance and seeing a perfect crescent bite mark left behind. The ribs are not necessarily the smokiest but succulent. The pulled pork is delicious and pulled into perfect meaty bites, not too big or hair line stringy. The slaw is creamy and the macaroni salad is cool and refreshing. The sauce sealed the deal and now I am addicted. It is a heavenly blend of tangy and sweet with the slightest peppery kick. It is a bit of a drive since we don’t live in Spring Lake but it was worth it.FYI: When we went at 3pm, they were out of Beef BBQ and New Potatoes so you may want to go earlier for a full selection.

Phenomenal food. The best stationary BBQ in the Fayetteville / Spring Lake area. I ordered the triple meat combo (baby back ribs, pulled pork, and rotisserie chicken) and was blown away. My Wife got the pulled chicken sandwich and roasted potatoes, and it was outstanding as well. Both quantity and quality of food are exceptional.
Must HAVE! Kinda pricy but well worth it! If for some reason you are in Spring Lake NC..eat at Nobles! Place is super busy from 1100am-100pm normally..proves the food is great!
