Not sure what happened, but its gone down hill and way pricey for the quality now. Hopefully they can get back to basics here.Pizza was ok, not good and the wings were very dry.
Finally I found a place that is truly Western New York or Upstate New York style pizza and REAL BUFFALO WINGS .If you are a Bills fan and do not like too much of a crowd this is the spot 2 dollar beers and 2 dollar slices on Football Sunday
Chris P. Stopped at Bisonte Pizza for dinner on my way to Charleston, SC from Buffalo, NY. We had pizza, steak bomber and chicken finger sub. Buffalo style pizza was better than we can get in Buffalo. Steak bomber is a must. Owners Steve and Jim were very gracious and staff seemed to have allot of fun while working. This is a must stop for Charlotte locals and those travelling thru.
Simply tasty pizza. Good pizza. I would definitely order from here again. Ordered the thin crust cheese extra crispy. Tasty.
Fries are limp and greasy. Pizza is over cheesy, crust seems premade. Not worth the money or calories.
