Pretty good, but I have the caveat that we both ordered the same thing and it wasn’t a bagel. We both got the hungry man sandwich. It was good but it’s hard to mess up 3 kinds of meats eggs and cheese on a hoagie. The system of ordering and paying is kind of confusing but that is a minor concern. We might come back because the bagels looked pretty good.
this is the best bagel place ever only downfall is the put way to much cream cheese on the bagels so i ask for barely any on mine but if you have time go if don’t call in
Poppyseed’s bagels food is good-average for a bagel shop. The customer service and employees at the store are not accommodating and rude. I called in a order at Poppyseed’s bagels, and I went to pick-up the food. I went to the counter and asked to pickup my food. The cashier instructed me that I could not just pickup the food, I had to wait in a 30 MINUTE LINE. POPPYSEED’S IF YOU CALL INTO PICKUP FOOD, WHY THEN DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN AN ORDER LINE TO PICKUP FOOD!!! I recommend to go to another bagel store, if your time is valuable this is not the place to GO.
The service has defiantly went down hill the last couple times I’ve been. Staff is extremely rude and the pastries were so sloppy it looked like they just rushed it to put in the display. The women who was working started mopping the floor and pushed her bucket right on the side of where we were eating. It smelled of bleach so bad that I had to eat my food outside. We were the only people in that place so she could have moved the mop bucket further away from us. Very poor attitudes there. That place used to be amazing sad to see it go down hill.
Went in on Sunday afternoon with my wife for an egg salad bagel , only a few people in the place but it looked like a party just let out, every table was dirty, food and trash all over the floor. When we asked for the seats to be wiped off we got an attitude. This is our neighborhood bagel. Place…. Sad to say but it was gross, not sure when I will be back.
Poor customer service. My husband and I went there last night to get a couple of subs, the little girl that waited on us was so rude she slammed doors and dropped things she didn’t even wear gloves. I could not even eat the sub I was so afraid she did something to it
Food is low quality. Save your money, eat somewhere good.
