We went to poppy seeds on saturday there was 8 of us and the service we received from the lady Denise was probably the best service we have ever received. She was so helpful it was our first time there. We all had egg sandwiches which were all great and every one was right. The quality of the food is out of this world. The place is so clean and homey we all enjoyed our visit and plan to go more often. People are so quick to say bad things but forget to give credit where credit is due. This is one of the best places we have been to in Indian Trail and we are really happy to have you here, Best of luck even though your food speaks for itself.
I used to love going to Poppyseeds Bagels but the last experience I had there wasn’t good. One of the workers was about to hand a hot cup of coffee to a customer at the counter where I was paying. The lid wasn’t on properly and the coffee spilled a bit and it splashed my 3 year old in the face as well as my hand. I understand accidents happen but they didn’t even apologize or ask if she was okay. Went back after a few weeks and ordered a Taylor ham, egg & cheese and this is how burnt and dried out my Taylor ham was.
