Has Potential But A Long Way to Go. The place has potential as a restaurant if they would just take a look at the menu. Right now, it’s more of an upscale biker bar but let’s face it, Most Harley owners are 40+, high income and rather upscale doing what they wanted to do, 20-30 earlier. I fit into this category. As such, the menu/bar should adjust accordingly.Atmosphere and service are excellent with no complaints here. Atmosphere is what you would expect in a sportsbar with ample numbers of wide screen TV’s etc.Problem comes down to the food. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with fries for lunch today. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich came with Pepper Jack Cheese and from what I could tell, that was the only source of heat in the dish. I guess you were suppose to use the Frank’s Hot Sauce provided on the table despiite the fact tha the chicken should have seen the hot sauce, a long time before serving.Order was delays because they were waiting on the fries. Trained Kitchen Staffs are trained to have various parts of an order come out at approximately the same time so that nothing sits or nothing waits. Exceptions do occur when thihngs get busy but not the case here because the restaurant was less than half full.That said, the fries were grossly under cooked. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich in of itself was very good and I enjoyed it. As previously pointed out, it was a Pepper Jack Chicken Sandwich and not a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.Even though I did not like it on this visit. it does have potential and will go again in a couple of months to see if there have been any improment.
Good food but slow service
Servings are generous & prices are reasonable. You have to try the unique Buffalo Chicken Soup. My only complaint was the chicken in the soup & the salad was a little tough or possibly boiled too long? I am willing to come back since that was the only negative. Hopefully it was just an off-night based on everything else.
