Just found this place after living here almost 9 yrs. Great service. Food excellent. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Lots of choices. We’ll definitely go back. Lots of local memorabilia around restaurant.
We have always had delicious food at this location. In fact we have taken a couple barbecue leftovers from out of town to Carolina barbecue. Barbecue is good,fish is very good.
The service was almost nonexsistant. The restaurant is old outdated, and does not seem clean. I never saw my waitress but once
At the end of July 2017, the owners retired. They’re trying to sell the business. Hopefully someone will buy it and use the owner’s recipes. This was our #1 favorite BBQ place anywhere.
Old place, not much to look at but the food is amazing! It is the best BBQ I’ve ever had and the hush puppies were amazing! Was sad to hear the owner is closing the place next week.
