What Happened? Good to Bad in 6 months. Last time I ate in this restaurant was about 6 months and it was fairly good then.while I’ve gone through the drive through several times since, yesterday was the first time lately that I’ve decided to eat in.Big Mistake.Of all of the Cook Out’s I’ve eaten at, this is now the worst. First of all, what was a very clean restaurant now needs a major cleaning or at least a good mopping and tables wiped off. There were three of us and the young lady taking our order could not get any of the three orderes right. My half poiunder, when it arrived was a quarter pound burger that was somewhat overcooked and dry. The two sides or hushpuppies and fries turned out to be three small cold hushpuppies and about six french fires that were cold also.Someone please cut down the intercom/music system. Apparently the staff likes their music loud but when the intercom comes on to announce an order is ready, it’s earth shattering and you could probably hear it in the parking lot. From what I could see, there was very little management and it showed.I’ve eaten at numerous Cook Out’s in the Charlotte and Greensboro Metro areas and none of them are like this one. Six months ago it was fairly good and I gave it a I Like It Vote but just changed it to I don’t. I’ve never seen a restaurant go downhill so fast.
