I ordered a pizza they said it would take 20 mins. After 45 mins I called back. They said they had no order in there system from me. So I placed another order still no pizza and hour latter.
Great Store to Work With. The plant I run normally only operates from 8 to 5 Monday to Friday but on occassion, we have had to run a 2nd shift or even work on weekends. We have a great staff and they work with us to accomplish whatever is necessary to meet the customer’s needs. As a way of saying Thank You, ever now and then, we’ll order Pizza, Bread Sticks etc from this Papa John’s.The folks at this store are great to work with. We’ll call in a rather large order and tell what time we’ll pick it up and low and behold, we walk in the door at the appointed time and the last Pizza is just coming out of the oven and being boxed. No waiting or having cold pizza that has been sitting fhere from 15 minutes. Everything is hot and fresh.Needless to say, the pizza and other items go over quite well. The ingredients that they use always taste fresh and they are very generous with the toppings. Pricing is very good and they afford a good value. The employee’s actually look forward to the pizza.The store is very well run and always clean and orderly. Management is excellent otherwise we would not be able to count on them to have our order ready within a percise time frame.Excellent store and we will continue to patronize this location.
