Awesome Fish House!. We stopped here one night during our vacation to Topsail Beach. The food was great! I couldn’t get enough of the hushpuppies and see why they sell the mix on the internet! The seafood was fresh and tasty! The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. After spending a week at Topsail – this restaurant was our favorite!
We didn’t eat here so I can’t review the food. However, it’s more like $15-20 a plate and has a limited mostly seafood menu.
I absolutely LOVED the food and service, great view too! 🙂 I had the butter panned shrimp with black beans and rice and my friend had the shrimp scampi, both had large-ish servings but they weren’t to bad, delicious!! I will definitely be returning!

The best on Topsail. The Breezeway has the best food and service on the entire island. Excellent fried seafood, crab cakes, and deviled crab. I haven’t had a bad meal here in 18 years.
