Scay man approached us. While we were waiting for our food a scary man came & put his arms around me & whispered something about his conversation in my ear , it really scared me , both my husband & I told him to go away & leave us alone as he walked away he apologized. Although we were shaken we decided to stay for our lunch, as we were eating he came out of the back room & tried to give us a dessert, my husband said we said leave us alone we don’t want anything from you, we then decided to get out of there quickly & NEVER come back…what a frightening experience & the food wasn’t even noteworthy …cold soup etc…..wish we never heard of this place
Please wear gloves. I was in the other night with my family to get a bite to eat. The people behind the counter were curtious and helpful . The was an older man behind there also who was handing out food with no gloves, not only that but he was bothering the coustomers who were trying to eat. The food was Great as well as the service just not sure if I would go back again at night if he is there.
Small plates. Please get rid of those tiny plates. I go often and like it but those tiny plates are terrible. Today I ordered a bagel and scrambled eggs. I was served the eggs on a tiny plate and the bagel on another tiny plate. I plan in the future to take my own paper plate.

Excellent !!!. I have been looking for an authentic Italian sandwich and bagel shop and then i found Bagels Plus, what a fantastic place! You will not be disappointed, it is the best sandwich shop around!!!! I go there all the time now, can’t beat those Chicken Cheese steak sandwiches just like the ones i always used to get when i lived in Philadelphia. The bagels are always plentiful and fresh, lots to choose from. AAA++++++++++
Bagels are NOT NY bagels. Worst bagels, I could get the same kind in BJ’s or Krogers. Big fat fluffy bread is NOT a NY bagel. I should know I worked in a deli and helped make them in NY! So far the only closet is Brueggers!Wish they have one in Fuquay 🙁
UNORGANIZED!. I have been to this establishment approximately 10 times and not again. Eight out of ten times they got my order wrong, left paid items out of the bag, etc. When I confronted them about the mistakes, each time they laughed or shrugged it off with a smile never an apology. It seems its always the girl with the glasses at the register that makes the ordering errors and she needs to go. Even the process to order your food is confusing to everyone on the line. Customer arguments ensue because no one who’s on first. The customer service is terrible and this establishment is so mismanaged!! They changed the table seating area three times, instead they need to change the staff and have owner oversight running the front end as well as the back end. We now go to D’Andreas in the new Holly Springs shopping center. They are professionals, the food is great and what more can you ask for.
