Do not go there. So i am renewing my ban on J & S pizza (Fuquay). A year ago i went with my friends and got the worst costumer service of my life which included being nagged about a mess that was not our own, being argued with over our order, and rude/slow service in general. They then cussed us out outside the restaurant when we left a cordial note explaining why we didn’t tip (in the past we had left extravagant tips). Today i went there with my lovely girlfriend and as we waited on our drinks the couple behind us that came five minutes after us received not only their drinks but also their meals. Needless to say we left after twenty minutes of waiting and being quite clearly brushed off by our waitress. This place gives zero priority to teens and they do not deserve their business nor the business of anyone else.
Service here is HORRIBLE! But the pizza is amazing! Walk in here with these two things in mind and you’ll enjoy it!
Great Pizza!. My family is all from NY and we LOVE this pizza! We have been going to J&S for over 10 years. We started back when they only had the Apex Hwy. 55 location. We now prefer the Fuquay location because it is larger, but has the same great food.The owners and their 2 daughter’s and 1 son run these 2 locations and are very nice! They make awesome food and they work very hard to make their customers happy. If you are ever unhappy, just let them know and they will make it right.Best pizza in the Triangle! We will continue to eat at both of their locations as long as they are open.
BAD service. Pizza is very good but not good enough to put up with the horrible service. Takes forever to get your food and when you go to pay, everything is more expensive than what the menu stated. Rude service and attitude from everyone. Won’t go back! I like to give my money to someone who acts like they appreciate my business!
Many have said it already…waitresses leave much to be desired as to their competency. Very long wait for them to warm slices. Pizza so-so.
WILL NEVER RETURN OR EVEN ORDER OUT. Rude waitress staff. There are too may other good places to waste your time here.16 Aug, 2011Terrible Waitress Staff. I bought my family here to eat the other night. The waitress/server staff was not friendly, sarcastic and rude. If the food I was better, I might tolerate it, however, I’ve had much better food and better customer services other places. I will steer my family and friends away. I will never return.
