The food was great but fraudulent charges starting showing up on my debit card the next day. The coding for the charges were similar to that of the charge from the restaurant (showing zero similarities to any other charges I had ever made). Some of the charges were also accompanied by additional international fees from China. When I called to let the manager know (I was very nice on the phone) something is likely amiss with an employee, I was dismissed. They didn’t particularly care. I suggest if you go.. enjoy the food, but pay in cash.
Poor customer service. Used to be a great place for food and customer service. Quality of the food has gone way downhill as well as the service. Went today with a family of four and honestly don’t think we had a server. All glasses were empty and had to get up and carry the the glasses to someone to have them filed. Once filled, I had to carry them back to my table without an offer for assistance. Then I realized they didn’t even have ice in them. The table wasn’t cleared and never had a check brought to the table. When we got up to pay, we mentioned the poor service and didn’t even get an apology. Just asked us what we ordered and couldn’t ring it up fast enough. We asked for a manager and was told there was not one to speak to. No discount, no eye contact, no apology. We WERE regular customers for about 9 years at this location. We will NEVER GIVE THEM anymore of our money.

So-so. If you’re into sauces poured from a bottle and MSG, you’ll be comfortable with this buffet. It exceeds no expectations. Not gluten-free.
