The best bakery in the Triangle. Well that we’ve found so far. Breads, cinnamon buns, etc… And there is a mini coffee shop!
The pastries are good but they should definetly do some serious upgrades to the atmosphere; with some touches added this could become a great place to sit, eat, and share coffee with a friend.
Fantastic. Stick Boy is the best bakery in the Triangle. Everything from spinach and feta loaves and sour dough, to muffins, cookies, brownies. The take-home pizza dough was tasty. Hands down, they have the best cinnamon rolls you didn’t make yourself. They also make spelt bread on certain days, which is divine. Sadly, they are not gluten-free, so my time with them is finished, but I live vicariously on through loved ones who frequent the bakery.
