Refused to honor their own location’s valid coupons. I politely pointed out why the wording of the coupon says it’s valid and they just handed me off to different personnel until I got their very rude manager. Won’t be back. Taco bell was right down the street. Much better choice.
Summer Camp Visit. I am a summer camp counselor in Rocky Mount. We visited Arby’s for lunch before going to the ice skating rink. Our dining experience was incredible. Shelley, the manager smiled and welcomed us warmly. She changed the way that she rang us up in order to make taking our order easier for us thus making it a little harder for herself. She helped me bring the food and drinks to my campers and had a friendly word to say to several of my children. She offered her assistance in any way that she could help. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant experience. I can’t say enough good things about Shelley and her wonderful customer service. From all of us in summer camp…THANK YOU!!!!
