  They do not care about your business, how much you’ve spent or how long you’ve ordered from them. I asked about an item on the menu & a young teenage girl did not know what the item contained, she continually put me on hold & then put the owner on the phone. He said I don’t have time for you to be on the phone all day. I kindly explained to him about why I was on the phone so long, I wanted to know what was in a certain entree & his response was what do you want to order. No apology. I was completely shocked. He has absolutely no manners & then he hung up the phone. Warning! Only order if you can do so in less than 3 minutes & pray they get the order correct AND get there in less than 2 hours. I’d check out the yelp reviews, they also share terrible customer service, ownership & management issues!

  Not sure what all the fuss is about. Wow, do I feel like a traitor. After the fab reviews, I thought this was going to be the pizza to die for. Sorry, but Pizza Man doth not see what all the fuss is about. (Yes, that’s my actual nick name…groom’s cake was even a pizza 🙂 ). It is every bit the typical pizza you get at any strip center, entry level pizza joint. Standard NY style, pizza oven baked, crust just okay, and flavor far less than impressive. And really, I’ve just about had it with pizza joints that, when you order a supreme, give you gobs of onions, green peppers, and black olives, but where’s the sausage? OMG, there was barely any at all, and little more pepperoni than that even, like 1 slice per slice, if that. Put it this way, I’ve never been one to turn down a free slice of pizza, much less give a whole pie away, but that’s exactly what I did today. Bought two because had an Entertainment coupon, and when got home, promptly gave the 2nd pie to a neighbor. It was either that or toss it. Oh yeah – no whole fresh roasted garlic, no basil, and jalapenos are just the standard, jarred in vinegar kind, not fresh sliced like I like. Uggh, Pizza Man very frustrated…never go back 😉

  They don’t honor coupons! We had a coupon for a 13.99 pizza and wings. Was told they don’t honor it. Operator girl suggested another similar deal for a large and wings for 15.99 so I begrudgingly accepted. They then sent out a small dinky pizza and wings in a Chinese carry out box? When I called to complain the manager did nothing. Spoke through other people and did not take the time to personally address the problem. This was my fathers day dinner. Thanks PTA we won’t be using you again!

  We order two pizza’s & two kids speg & meatball, 1 hour and 30 mins still no food. We called and I was put on hold than she told me we r busy the guy left and hung up. So 15 mins after that got our food and the guy said he was told to wait because another order came in for same hotel. He told us that second order came 30 mins later. This place is 5 mins up road, they couldn’t send guy and have him go back?????? The pizza wasn’t even that good. Don’t call not worth it. ( oh we were in Hampton inn came here to nc for wedding)
