  So we’ve been before and the food was fantastic. Brought friends who had not but were excited to try it out. The men got the familia which they loved! Both of us ladies got the fish tacos. I am a bit of a fish whimp don’t like fishy fish. Usually never have an issue with fish tacos though. Well food came men were digging in and I was struggling. Plate looked great large piece of fish but OMG sooo fishy but I kept my opinion to myself thinking it was just me. Then I noticed my friend wasn’t eating either. To shorten the story we did not complain but both thought it was awful but hated to complain. Meanwhile the guys are killing their food. Apparently the waitress noticed and said something to the manager. He came over and asked us about our experience.he was so nice and said it was catfish and maybe that’s why we didn’t like it. He comped both the fish taco meals without us complaining or asking. Simply the best customer service EVER! We will go back for sure without any hesitation. They usually use Mahi so pretty sure they won’t use catfish again. Seriously a really good restaurant!

  I am so happy to have discovered this place. The service is excellent, the prices not frightful, and the food is very very good. The drinks are reasonably priced, and the decor is nice, I can see myself wanting to return just to sit at their bar, or get drinks with friends, even if not in the mood for a full sit-down dinner. It was nice that our waiter took 2 minutes to explain the concept of the restaurant. He took just long enough for the topic to be interesting, left us with the menus and vanished, which was great, because in too many places the chatter can get tiresome, and endless. My husband and I tried their chips and guacamole, which are definitely a step above the standard in Mexican restaurants. I could have had an entire meal of just chips and salsa. My husband had the Enchiladas del Mar, and I had the Blackened Fish Tacos. I can’t find a thing to fault. Everything was perfect and I look forward to going back.

  Ate here for lunch today. The food was delicious and they had some tasty beer on tap. Their salsa is highly recommended to anyone who likes cilantro. The guacamole was their special food of the day and great as well. Some different choices for entrees that put a new spin on Mexican food. I had the plantainwich which is basically a chimichurri Ribeye steak served between fried plantains. Nice way to save a few carbs. The only thing that kept this place from a 5 is the price. It was $6 for my son’s Mac and queso. The prices for entrees were more like dinner than lunch, but the portions were large.
