We are a specialty bake shop. Our ideal customer is whimsical, inventive and full of life! We love creating memories with our innovative cakes, and other desserts. We are open Monday-Saturday starting at 9:00 AM offering fresh-from-the-oven breakfast pastry, muffins, and buns. We serve Panacea coffee and more. We are a standing room only bakery, with a dedicated cake show room, event vendor wall for your use and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. We use sweet butter, never shortening in our pie and pastry dough, cane sugar, never powdered sugar in our buttercreams. We are in Waynesvile, NC, just minutes from Asheville. It is faster to get to us from Asheville than it is to drive across town, so dont let our location keep you from some of the best pastry you will ever try.
