  Much better than past visits…. We live in a nearby town, so I guess you could say we are locals. We’d visited the Tap Room in the past, but it was never a good experience so we hadn’t been back in about a year. A friend who lives nearby told us there was a change in mangement, and said we should give it another shot. They were right! We visited on a Tuesday night. We brought our kids and were surprised at how much energy was in the room. Our server was very attentive. She was friendly and we told her that we hadn’t been back in awhile but were happyto seethe place doing well. She said they had a new director, and that she was very different from the lastguy. She said she had big plans for the hotel including local specials, happy hour, and sunday brunch. She also said she was a wine specialist that used to work at a bighotel in Vegas and really knew what she was doing. She also said that they had a new Manager and Chef. Our food came out perfectly, and very quickly, so this chef is an obvious improvement in my book. They changed the tvchannel closest to our table for us. It was great. At the end of our meal we askedto speak with the manager, but our server said Tuesdays were his day off, so we asked her to give our compliments to the chef instead. When we were about to leave, we were totally surprised when the Dir. of food and beverge, Tiffany stopped by our table. She saidshe heard we wanted a manager and apologized that he was off thatnight. She spent almost 15 minutes with us asking about our dinner, our past visits, and asked about any ideas we had to make things better for the locals going forward. WOW! Never seen that kind of service from an executive before. She asked us to come back soon and to spread the word, so here we are. If you’ve never been, go check it out. If you’d given up on the place, give it another shot. We’re glad we did.

  Karaoke vs Crab Legs. Where in the world could you find all you can eat crab legs for $19.95 followed by a great karaoke Show? We did at this place and wowit was hot. The food is great and the bar scene late night on Friday is beast. Place to be, be seen and get lucky

  Very tasty food. Wings were absolutely fabulous. We had the trout dip as well and was delicious. Ice cold beer on tap. Highly recommend for quiet nice fare.
