If your in the mood for great Egyptian street food then Nur will more than satisfy your desires. The basturma and cheese sandwich is my goto dish at Nur. Hard to find anywhere else and done just right. A great way to compare and contrast differences in middle eastern cooking is to sample food from Nur (Egypt) and neomonde (Lebanese). I prefer Nur’s method of serving foul — mashed up and ready for some spicy sauce, but prefer neomonde’s kibbeh (eaten with labneh). Finally the grocery section offers a nice range of basic cooking supplies priced honestly and fairly. The staff are friendly.Well worth a visit for a quick bite to eat.
Excellent, simple food at a very reasonable price. Their Halloumi Cheese and the Foule sandwiches are delicious. Their curly fries are the seasoned type and they fry them to crispy perfection. Most sandwiches are in the $3-$4 range, and their sides are very fresh and tasty. Excellent place to stop for a quick bite!

A simple dinner serving Middle Eastern food a la Neomonde though with smaller portions and lower prices. I had the veggie platter today. I’ll likely have it again. Similar to the Neomonde Platter but with falafel instead of baba ganouj. Nur has better bread. Gofigure.
