Purgatory?. The sushi is great but the whole time I was there I felt like I was in Spirited Away. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the restaurant was some tiny Japanese Hotel California. The strange music and the abhorrently slow service did nothing to ease my fear that I had died and was trapped on purgatory awaiting judgement. Although the sushi is delicious it is not worth the anxiety of feeling like I am waiting to be ferried to the afterlife.
