I have tried to contact this business with the number they have listed as 910-798-2913 it goes to an automated service that request you put in a pin number. I am needing for a manager to contact me of an urgent matter. I was over charged by the cashier and now I have to literally drive to there to conduct this matter. Why have a number if no one can reach you?
It’s been a long time since I’ve been Wowed! This was a wow moment. Everything I had was good . Friendly atmosphere, Good service, the food was hot fresh,tasty and flavorful . Nice southern variety. Down home favorites. As an added touch Caseys throws in a little Carribbean treat. How about some Curry Chicken or Oxtails . YUMMY !! Definitely worth the visit.
This place doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the food and the service we got once we were inside was outstanding. They have just about anything you could ask for in a soul food restaurant. Ask for Hannah!
Oh. My. Gosh. Now, I’m a big Southern cooking person and I greatly dislike buffets. This place? Amazing. In every way. Amazing flavor, creative foods, wonderful workers… I’m still sitting here but I was so excited by my first visit here that I had to write a review. The only drawback that (almost) made it 4.5 instead of 5 stars was that it’s a little warm in here…but that could just be the fact that it’s packed! But so worth it! I’m from farther south and next time I come up here…I’ll definitely be coming back to Casey’s.
Excellent Soul food. My family tried Casey’s today. I must say this is excellent soul food and service. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I am usually not a fan of buffet places, because the food at many of the well known buffet restaurants tastes like nothing more than frozen food warmed up or is just overpriced for disgusting. However, Casey’s delivers flavor and home cooked tasting food. I have high expectations when it comes to soul food and Casey’s exceeded them.
Will definitely visit again…. My picky eaters loved the meal and so did I! It was just like my Grandma made it anf I sure miss her cooking.
I hate to do it with the locals loving it, but as someone not from the south and out of town I would say skip it. There was no BBQ to speak of on the buffet and what I did get was lack luster. Very low cafeteria quality food. That said, the staff was pleasant and attentive. 24 hrs later and I’m still wondering how they have a high rating and local favorite awards. I shall tread lightly and take that into account with other reviews.
