Oh man! Best place to eat a sandwich in the state, much less Wilmington. It’s rare to find a deli style sandwich shop that cares about its food as much as Chops. The flavors are simple but well delivered and most importantly delicious!! You probably won’t find the fru-fru fad ingredient of the day, and trust me…you won’t care. The portions are very generous. The food is excellent and the value for the dollar is there too. It’s the sandwich that eats like a meal..believe that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went there today, dec.5 and received horrible service I placed and order and the person working the register was rude and acted as if she didn’t have the patience to take my order and waited 30 mins for my food after they served 5 people that order after me….and I only ordered a sandwich and once I got my sandwich it was cold and it was supposed to be hot and it was barely any meat on it.
Best deli I’ve ever been to…. I’m slowly working my way through their menu. I had the Constantinople. It was amazing. Chop tops it with the most amazing sauce on the planet. It’s a hearty sandwich that’s very filling too. The thing I love most about Chop’s is the atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and act as if they’re excited for you to be there.

Excellent customer service. Super food. The Mac n cheese specials are worth it!
Possibly the best sandwiches I’ve had anywhere. Come hungry or plan to save some leftovers. You may have to wait a bit during lunch rush but it’s worth the wait. Also I recommend just leaving the unique ingredients alone and just enjoy!
