Food is great. I have went many times, and only once had a bad service experience. Slightly more expensive than most hibachi express places. But worth it, love that the shrimp sauce is serve yourself
Thought it was good?. We have been getting take-out from Hibachi Bistro for a few years now. For the price, we have (almost) always been happy with the quality (overcooked scallops a few times, but nothing else). Sure, it’s not top notch meats by any means, but for some fast and filling hibachi with a friendly staff who keeps their sauces stocked and their bathrooms clean we have never felt the need to complain. Tonight, we were both extremely disappointed. We had two orders of hibachi steak, both of us were only able to eat 50% or less of our meat. It was extremely chewy and full of gristle. I was unable to finish chewing the majority of the steak. Usually the plate is overflowing with zucchini and onions, tonight it was minimal. Very disappointed.
Hibachi owns my heart. Just for those who are curious, The white sauce is made from scratch, not from a bottle. The meat is not low quality, infact it is as fresh as the chicken you would find in your local grocery store. If you’re not a fan of the saltiness, you can always ask for no soy sauce considering that is the main source of sodium for anything you will find on the menu. It is not a restaurant in which you sit down and get waited on, which is why service is provided upon request after ordering. Honestly, It’s not a HIRO’s, it’s a bistro. Which is exactly what you should expect when you enter. I love this place, I eat it every day of my life, the employees are always friendly, the food is always great, and the atmosphere is cozy.
I love this place. It’s always good, it’s fast, it’s cheap. People saying that there is a lack of service. That’s the point. This isn’t a service restaurant. You get your food in 5 minutes and it’s delicious and I seriously go here too often.
Food is pretty good, prices are decent, service is awful. Consistently awful

Fantastic. Had takeout from here for the first time this past week. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portions are large for such a small price. I had enough food to make two meals and spent what I usually would on one meal. Will be going back again and again!
